The electromechanical load limiter is installed on the cable very simply, without the need to intervene on the structural elements of the system.

Its purpose is to prevent hoisting loads that exceed the crane’s capacity. In case of excessive load, the lift stops immediately. It is also possible to use it to detect the so-called “slack rope”.
